On the very first day Qin Zheng went to school with his tutor, he fell ill. A thing called the System told him he had to accumulate enough faith points to get better.
He scrunched up his little face, sensing that something was amiss, and decided to sign a contract with the System first and see what happened.
Once the contract was signed, Qin Zheng discovered that the System had sent him two thousand years into the future, to the modern world.
His modern-day father was never home, and his modern-day mother was always fretting that they didn't have enough money.
He also had to fulfill the terms of the contract and accumulate a hundred billion faith points to recover.
Sigh. His parents were no help, so he had to hold the family together himself.
