Campus romance / From high school to college

"Sweet on the outside, sassy on the inside heroine vs. arrogant, cocky guy"

Si Jiao and Fang Zefan have always had a perfectly normal relationship.

Normal in the worst way.

That is, until they ended up at the same high school, then in the same class in their second year...

*

High school:

A rumor spreads that Si Jiao likes Fang Zefan.

The very next second, Si Jiao takes a seat in front of Fang Zefan, shakes her fist at him, and demands to know if he started the rumor.

Fang Zefan doesn't dare utter a word. He shakes his head like a rattle drum.

College:

A rumor spreads that Si Jiao likes Fang Zefan.

As Si Jiao listens to a green tea girl describe the rumor in vivid detail, she stops picking at her fingernails, leans back in her chair, and lowers her brows.

"Who started this rumor?"

The green tea girl beams, just about to answer.

Si Jiao suddenly turns her head to meet her eyes. Her gaze is clear and bright as the sea as she drawls,

"But I do like him."

**

"We've always had a relationship where one of us has to die. When did it change?"

"It hasn't changed. I've always liked you."

I also recommend my rivals-to-lovers story, "Cute Is No Crime," featuring a couple with an unbeatable competitive streak. It's currently updating next door! A lighthearted, sweet romance!

Theme: Take it slow. Don't give up.
