Good Grief, the Furnace Tender's Dao Companion Is the Sword Venerable!

Blurb:

Ning Chen has a special constitution. Ever since he was a child, all kinds of rare stones, treasures, and magical artifacts have been drawn to him.

One day, the sect leader’s jade pendant turns up in his room. The next, it’s his senior sister’s hairpin. The day after that, his junior brother’s sword.

With a constitution like this, it’s easy to get beaten up in the sect!

At first, Ning Chen was chased all over the mountains by his fellow disciples every few days. Eventually, everyone got used to it and simply went to his room to claim whatever they’d lost.

Then one day, the Sword Venerable emerged from seclusion, and the next morning, Kunyu, the sword famous across the thirteen provinces, somehow ended up in Ning Chen’s weapon-forging room, where he was tending the furnace.

The Sword Venerable, cold as frost and snow, appeared in the filthy, smoke-filled forge, murderous intent in his eyes. His arrival alarmed disciples from more than a dozen peaks.

“Why did you steal my sword?”

Ning Chen held Kunyu and examined it carefully. Looking at the Sword Venerable’s cold, dark eyes, he asked, “This sword has a flaw. Would you like to save it?”

The Sword Venerable remained unmoved.

“Don’t you remember me?” Ning Chen’s lips curved into a captivating smile.

“I’m the stone you picked up all those years ago, Sword Venerable.”
