The Little Swan

See the next post in my column for the upcoming novel: My Omega Strength Is Off the Charts One-line premise: ABO gender-based oppression is worthless in the face of true strength. Blurb: [You were born dazzling and graceful, a swan fallen into the world of ballet.] Qing University has two campus celebrities: Jiang Qiao from the ballet department and Liang Cheng'an from the finance department. Jiang Qiao won the national ballet competition at fifteen. Hailed as the leading dancer of the dance academy's ballet department, he is famous around campus as an untouchable beauty. Liang Cheng'an knows little about ballet and has only heard a thing or two about Jiang Qiao. He never imagined that one day, during the school's centennial celebration, this breathtakingly beautiful young man would calmly ask him, "I have to go onstage in a bit, and my body feels a little tense. Could you help me?" Outside the fire door, the backstage area is noisy. The motion-sensor light goes out. In the narrow, dim stairwell, Jiang Qiao's grip leaves faint creases in Liang Cheng'an's coat. With one hand supporting the back of Jiang Qiao's neck, Liang Cheng'an asks softly, "How about now? Are you relaxed enough?" - Not long afterward, at the very same spot, Liang Cheng'an corners Jiang Qiao. Unable to break free for the moment, Jiang Qiao can only frown at him, his tone cool. "Senior Liang, what are you trying to do?" "Senior Liang?" Liang Cheng'an repeats with amusement. Rather than getting angry at Jiang Qiao's clear attempt to keep his distance, he smiles, bends down, and leans closer. They are barely an inch apart, their noses almost touching, their breaths mingling in an atmosphere both intimate and restless. Jiang Qiao holds his breath and hears Liang Cheng'an ask, "Don't you need my help today, little swan?" - [Jiang Qiao x Liang Cheng'an] [The seemingly aloof and distant but actually softhearted, kind little swan, the bottom x The seemingly gentle and refined but actually scheming, extremely possessive top] - [Updates irregularly, probably finishing in early July.] [Note: The author isn't a dance professional, so there's little ballet-related content. Everything serves the romance between the leads. Please forgive any inaccuracies, and just enjoy the story. Thank you all!] --- Upcoming novels: I'll pick one from the list below to write next --- My Tipped Streamer Isn't Human A short-tempered young master who's good at eating, drinking, and having fun, the bottom (Yan Xi) A clumsy gamer posing as a female streamer, a cold fox spirit, the top (Yin Su) One-line premise: Who will fall first? I'll Wait for You Downstairs A flirtatious, straightforward beauty, the bottom (Yu Jiu) * A steady, self-disciplined straight man, the top (Yu Shenyan) One-line premise: Shocking! A University's campus queen and king are together! My Younger Sister Can't Possibly Be a Boy A cautious bottom forced to disguise himself as a girl (Xie Jingqiu) x A handsome, extremely protective older brother who dotes on his younger sister (Jiang Du) One-line premise: Say "big brother" one more time. I dare you. An upcoming novel by a friend, fully written and ready to read! The Dodder Flower Is a Man-Eating Flower Too [Quick Transmigration] by Mi Mo A beautiful, fiery top who looks like a fragile dodder flower but is actually a domineering man-eating flower x A strong, devoted bottom who goes crazy in the mini-worlds but is genuinely in love in the real world One-line premise: Top's perspective, Quick Transmigration, beautiful and strong, 1v1 Theme: Break through confusion, fight for your dreams, and let love embrace everything
