The heavenly soldiers: "???"
How dare you!
And then... the maple leaf was stabbed into a thousand pieces.
But there is always a way forward. An old friend gave her a piece of wood to use as a body.
A passing immortal official, who seemed gentle, refined, and elegant, asked her,
"Miss, do you want your real body back?"
"Of course!"
"Then help this little immortal with a favor."
"..."
Trying to trick a demon? No way!
Halfway through running away, she thought better of it. She wasn't used to her wooden body, so she obediently went back...
From then on, she had a lofty goal: get her real body back, then run away.
In the human realm, an immortal official with amnesia looked at the woman in red.
"Miss, where are we going?"
"Come with me."
An Ran smiled slyly. How could she let him off without getting even?
But spring was lovely in the mortal world, and that night the stars shone brightly.
Did the little immortal who had wandered into the demon realm truly not remember the promise beneath the maple tree?
