A Storm Together [Entertainment Industry]

At nineteen, idol trainee Tao Xingyue debuted alongside her childhood friend Ouyang Xue, forming the six-member girl group S.T.O.R.M.

Take a look at the group, and you'll see that more or less, everyone is a little "abnormal."

Team captain Shi Mengyuan is devoted to the ideal of the "classic idol" and has a clear plan for the group's future... Well, that's probably a good thing.

Su Yixin, who starred with the captain in a hit TV drama, follows the captain's every word and can't stand the other members. She's like a little fireball, ready to flare up at the slightest spark.

Her childhood friend Ouyang Xue is focused on making money. She won the Best Martial Arts Director award even before the group debuted. However you look at it, being an idol seems like a side job to her.

The remaining two, Ma Nixuan and Ren Mohan, are still in college. One studies film and television directing, while the other studies economics.

As for Tao Xingyue, she's also in college, majoring in literature for theater, film, and television.

The group's manager may be the company's boss, but with a lineup like this, it looks as if the group could disband at any moment.

Sure enough, it happened quickly. In the group's third year, the first member left, directly bringing the group's activities to a halt for a year.

After that, the remaining five members took the group in an even stranger direction.

Captain Shi Mengyuan became an award-winning actress. Her childhood friend Ouyang Xue became a stage director. Ren Mohan became a news anchor and war correspondent. Ma Nixuan became a film director and cinematographer.

Tao Xingyue became a writer.

Through the bonds they shared, these five young women in the idol group S.T.O.R.M turned it into a national sensation in its seventh year, stirring up a full-blown storm among the public.
