I’m Fixing Bugs in the Imperial Palace

Mu Qiujun, the pampered youngest son of the richest family, transmigrated into the legitimate son just born to the Empress of the Great Liang dynasty.

Before he could get the hang of his new body, the System informed him of some painful facts:

His mother, the Empress of Great Liang, was an assassin bound to a quick transmigration System. Her mission in this world was to stop her maternal family from seizing power and ensure the world remained stable and did not collapse.

His father, the Emperor of Great Liang, was a scholar bound to a transmigrate-into-a-book System. His mission was to prevent the maternal relatives from interfering in government, revive Great Liang, and bring peace to the realm.

His cousin was a character from a book bound to a powerful minister System. His mission was to lead his family to seize power, install a puppet emperor, and become regent.

His younger brother was a demonically charming troublemaker bound to a nation-ruining System. His mission was to claim the throne and bring ruin to the country and its people.

And he was the unlucky one bound to a "Rules Guardian" System. His mission was to mediate between them and let everyone's missions proceed smoothly, without letting anyone achieve their goal.

Mu Qiujun: "...So I'm here to fix bugs?"

Driven to the brink by the System, he decided to exploit its bugs.

Mu Qiujun: "What happens if I don't do anything at all?"

System: "The program is too complex. The System recommends that you..."

Mu Qiujun promptly tossed aside his mission and became a chaotic spectator who lived for the fun of it.

He watched his younger brother sabotage his father, his father keep his mother in check, his mother undermine his cousin, and his cousin plot away...

Then, while happily watching the drama unfold, he realized that his cousin, who was determined to become a powerful minister, seemed to want to make him, "Great Liang's greatest genius," a puppet emperor.

His cold-blooded assassin mother seemed to want to hand her mission over to him!

His emperor father also seemed ready to give up and pass the throne to him...

Only his dumb little brother was still single-mindedly trying to ruin the country.

Mu Qiujun: "Stop creating bugs all at once, you people!"

The pairing is the powerful minister cousin x the prince Qiujun.

*His cousin is an adopted child, so he and Qiujun aren't related by blood at all (a moment of sympathy for the cousin).

*A ridiculous life in the imperial palace, with everyone overpowered and everyone a complete menace.
