[The Hobbit] Her

Rumor has it that the Elvenking of the Woodland Realm, the king of northern Mirkwood, once had a beloved woman.

They say that white-robed wizard took a human girl as his apprentice.

A tale of a human girl, indifferent and devoted to all living beings, with no room in her heart for small-scale love, versus a golden-haired elf, elegant and aloof, who disdains mortals!

In her previous life, she was the beloved woman in his heart, but vanished in the blink of an eye;

In this life, he meets her again, yet they don't recognize each other...

When the clock strikes midnight, the story of the princess and the prince comes to an end, and they can no longer be found.

When the fires of darkness sweep across Middle-earth, that one light returns to the land, bringing hope...

[Please note]:

1. This is a daydream story I wrote in middle school, now revised and posted here. Canon pairings are broken! Canon pairings are broken!! Canon pairings are broken!!!

2. There may be out-of-character moments, and the story only follows a small part of the original plot...

3. Please leave messages, comments, and corrections to your heart's content. Suggestions for adding scenes and plot are welcome! [Updates irregularly]

4. The pairing is with King Thranduil!

5. This story is entirely fictional. The author has only seen the film versions of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Thanks for pointing out errors.

6. Finally, let's all chant together: Everyone loves Thranduil!

Theme: No matter where you are, never forget your original aspiration.
