Meng Qingxi, a landscape gardener, transmigrates to the Great Yuan Dynasty after an accident. Here, martial strength reigns supreme, and every pursuit other than martial arts is considered worthless. Unfortunately, Meng Qingxi is a complete klutz when it comes to sports. He discovers that every trade and industry here is woefully behind. He could put up with that much, but then things happen that make it impossible for him to keep lazing around...
Just then, the long-dormant System finally unlocks, giving him access to all the landscape architecture materials from his original world.
With everything in his favor, Meng Qingxi diligently returns to his old profession, determined to broaden the horizons of the people of Great Yuan. The Summer Palace, the Mountain Resort, Canglang Pavilion, Lion Grove Garden, Lingering Garden, and Humble Administrator's Garden all make their debut in turn.
These Chinese gardens, some dignified and grand, others exquisite and elegant, astonish the world as soon as they open. They spark a craze for garden visits and boost related industries, including services, delivery, dining, and lodging. Every sector flourishes, and Great Yuan is transformed.
Meng Qingxi also succeeds in turning his sweet, rather dim study companion He Xuan into his lifelong partner.
