Do Cyber Daoists Dream of Bionic Ghosts?

[Contains a lot of spoilers, read with caution] I had it in my favorites for a long time, and recently opened it by chance, and spent three days reading it in one go - I haven't been so obsessed with an online novel for a long time. I don't usually have the habit of writing long reviews. I think subscribing to support is enough, and I don't bother to elaborate on my feelings and understanding. Even yesterday, I was quite touched when I read the end of the first volume. Looking at the 40 collections and the fact that the author kept updating steadily until the end even though he was not in V, I just wanted to throw a tantrum and at least let the author know that someone likes your writing very much. To this day, when I have read the end of the second volume, only a dozen chapters away from the final ending, I can no longer suppress that thought: I want to write down my feelings, I want this unpopular but high-quality novel to be seen by more people, and most importantly, I don't want the author to conceive the story carefully but feel discouraged. So, I have this long review written wherever I think of it. Cyberpunk-themed works always seem to be inseparable from tragedy, but the article introduces a slapstick combination of two people and one cat at the beginning. Although there are some plots that briefly touch on the existence and placement of souls, the freedom of androids, the relationship between androids and humans, etc., The protagonist group, as a quantum consultant, seems to have always been in the position of bystanders and problem solvers. I originally thought that this was a novel of the unit drama type, exploring some slightly profound topics, and then gradually peeling back the past of the protagonist Wang Chao, and slowly ending. Until it was discovered that from Zhang Meisui to being recommended to solve Wen Lin's commission, from looking for pigs to solving the missing case of pornographic liquid, from Ella's disappearance to completely entering the battle between the company-the government-androids, the previous events would always become the preconditions for the next event. Like a cascade reaction, the plot and the fate of the characters "lost control" with an unstoppable momentum. Every character in the book truly has a "soul", and neither the author nor the reader can control it. They just naturally lead to their own ending. It would be nice if Ella didn't trust her online boyfriend, it would be nice if Ella didn't try to escape from the warehouse and hide, it would be nice if Ella didn't kill those two humans and wait until Wangchao rescued them, it would be nice if Ella didn't abandon her life and rush to the front line... I had these thoughts for a moment, when I learned the subsequent results. But the next moment, I knew it was impossible. Not because the author needs to create a conflict to lead to the following, but because if Ella really has a soul, she will only choose this way. She is sincere and enthusiastic, eager to become a human and get close to humans. Even though she has suffered a loss, she still yearns to make human friends and truly integrate into human society. She is brave and fearless, and she has never been a weak character waiting to die under drastic changes. She will try to escape whenever she has a chance. She trusts Wang Chao but will not regard Wang Chao's rescue as her only hope. She and Wangchao have been each other's most important companions since they were born. However, after witnessing her kind being tortured and killed by humans, she could no longer deceive herself. She finally came to a stand, understood her former companion Fu A, and made her own choice. She has never regretted, whether it was rescuing Wang Chao who was stuck in the same place or sacrificing her life for the android war. Neither Wangchao nor we are qualified to make decisions for her. The birth of Liz's soul seemed to be doomed to her tragedy. As Ellie said, without a soul, you can settle for the status quo and remain numb, but once you have a soul, you will think and be afraid, and you need to face emotions and the unknown. Do bionic people really need souls, or do bionic people really need humans to create souls for their own selfish purposes? This question will never have an answer. An android with a soul will not want to go back to the past, and an android with feelings will not rationally think about whether it is really worth dying for love. From the very beginning, Liz's world was filled only with Wang Chao. The misty memories were Wang Chao, the companionship was Wang Chao, and the feeling of love gave birth to love was Wang Chao. Even though she finally understood that she was born out of a lie and hated Wang Chao's concealment and deception, she still couldn't truly let go of the memory of this short life. Liz has never been a substitute for Bella or Ella. She has her own soul, real experiences with Wangchao, and her own preferences and career pursuits. She is just herself, and no one can specify her path and destiny. The most experienced and most hidden thing is Wang Tide. I would rather stay where I am than be a rolling stone. His character and experience have always been an important attraction for me to read on. He is frivolous and casual on the surface, but from time to time his completely opposite past is revealed. Details about him are revealed as one incident after another. He didn't want to take risks but didn't care about life or death. He was like a balloon that had inflated to the extreme, light and airy, just waiting to explode when it touched a sharp nail. Ella may have seen Wangchao's self-abandonment, so she took Chen An and Fu A's hands, grabbed the thread that tied the balloon, and became Wangchao's anchor from then on. Wang Chao always likes to use jokes to cover up the real fluctuations in his heart. He doesn't care about other people's opinions. He just wants to keep the office left by Chen An and live an ordinary life with Ella. He didn't want anyone to die because of him. But in the end, this is just a wish. People close to him left or died one by one, until in the end, no one had any entanglement with him, and he finally lost control. There are also many characters who are more or less portrayed but have distinct personalities. Ellie, who is gentle and determined to choose freedom, Matthew, who has been watching the tide for more than ten years with disgust and admiration, Xivier, who is sinister and unscrupulous, Nino, who is sober and rational... In just 100 chapters and 300,000 words, such a real and vivid cyber world has been built. I'm very sad to finish reading their story so quickly, and I don't know how long it will be until I encounter a novel that suits my preferences next time. Thanks to the author for his serious work, thanks to the encounter whose origin has long been forgotten, and thanks to every character in the book. Thanks Wangchao, goodbye Wangchao.

I suddenly discovered it when I was scanning the article. Congratulations to the boss on joining V! I particularly like this book, Boss

Is this company serious? It uses a lot of human blood and human organs.

It's great to read. I like the writing style. It's so emotional. Isn't it a kind of death to die! 😆

Suddenly thinking that when Wang Chao was caught undercover and mixed up the truth and lies, Irene, who stared at his micro-movements, was in disbelief: How could humans control it so freely? He was never human.

😭 😭 😭 The chase is over! Quickly wait for the teacher's new cp-free article

I really like this description of the spiritual conjuration! He looks very professional and handsome 🤩
