The number-one butcher in the galaxy took her latest spoils of war: Brainiac's collection of thousands of planets, pristine and waiting for the universe to reboot.
Maybe she could give herself a nostalgic little vacation? Sightsee on old Earth, sunbathe, enjoy retirement, and, when she got bored, make a portal and turn it into a popular dating sim for omegas to play.
The Cheat Queen enters one of her collected planets. First thing she does: adjust the account balance of her infiltrating character: [999999999999]
She'd heard Earth had plenty of food, a simple lifestyle, and honest people. All you needed was enough money and a good night's sleep.
Then she gets caught at lightning speed and has to flee the scene.
A few days later, Gotham erupts in chaos, and a gang corners the Cheat Queen.
She looks at her strength stat of 3 and immediately adjusts it: [Strength: 999]
One slap sends a thug flying, straight into the Batmobile.
Bruce Wayne: [Confused] [Alert] "Do you need help?"
Time to put on a show. With a resolute look in her pure, innocent eyes, the delicate little flower says, "I-I want to help you, Dark Knight!"
It's fine. If one secret identity is blown, she can just switch to another. But she absolutely can't let the NPCs discover the truth about the world... or she'll have to adjust the timeline all over again.

A story idea with a supervillain protagonist, secret identities, and a game-like System.
Any cheat you can think of, the Cheat Queen can pull off. She's the universe's host computer.
She aims to be a charismatic, not-entirely-evil villain. Her ultimate goal is to turn everyone into different game scenarios, tormenting only the villains while matching wits with the superheroes.
The main storyline isn't set. Most likely, each secret identity will have a fixed CP.
Believe me, the protagonist is a beast. Anyone who doesn't go along with her gets blown up on the spot... As for her weakness? Let Batman figure it out.
