[Blue Lock] Striker Trap

"Forward? Does having played twice count?"

"I guess you could say I'm a little good at it."

The boy said this while wearing his soccer uniform, looking a little dazed and every bit the well-behaved student.

He could always seize the ball representing hope from a broken play, slip past the opposition with effortless grace, and pass it to his forward.

Every forward who dreamed of becoming the best in the world believed that with him on their side, they would become the sharpest sword on the field.

So they tried every trick to lure him over. "I'm the best forward on the team. You should pass to me."

"Really?"

"Really."

Then the match would reach a tense stalemate, with the situation growing dire. Every forward who'd made promises found themselves unable to get past the defenders in front of them. Surrounded on all sides, the boy stood in the center of the field and slowly looked toward the distant goal.

His black hair was a little messy, his eyes quiet, his frame slender.

And a ball, light as a feather yet impossible to stop,

soared through the air!

Without a doubt, in this talent-packed Blue Lock,

he still belonged among the elite geniuses.

Also known as "Me and My Several Useless Forwards"

* My take on a universally adored protagonist: seemingly dazed, secretly arrogant, and a complete all-rounder

* He really has only played forward twice, but who cares? He's got the talent.

* He likes assisting, not shooting himself. He only steps up when there's no other choice. He's the sort who eats the meal heaven handed him while wondering, "Why can't they do something this simple?" A smiling devil.
