After Teresa transmigrated to another world, she settled into the peaceful retirement she'd always wanted. Then one day, she saved someone.

And so Teresa became a Demon King, inheriting her friend's position and estate.

After taking stock of her assets, Teresa discovered that all she'd inherited was a dilapidated castle, a stretch of wasteland, four backstabbing subordinates, and a bill with an incalculable number of zeroes.

Teresa replied, "It was a long, dark journey. We stumbled along as we searched for a way forward, exploring the future through struggle and adventure."
