My Foolish Husband Is So Hard to Raise

Liu Qiuyue was unlucky. Her father forced her to marry a fool.

Her foolish husband had a handsome face, but needed someone to take care of every aspect of his daily life. He remembered every slight but never anyone’s kindness, and got along better with dogs than with her. He often made her so angry she couldn’t sleep at night.

As the days went by, she realized there were advantages to having a foolish husband. He didn’t have the usual rotten thoughts and bad habits of men, and when she was bored, she could tease him for amusement.

She’d thought they would keep supporting each other and live a quiet life together into old age. But somehow, her fool of a husband began acting strangely.

His gaze grew so tender and ambiguous it seemed to draw threads between them. He started caring for her and listening to her, and even began asking to consummate their marriage at night...

Liu Qiuyue was dumbfounded, and a little disappointed. The fool she knew was gone.

After years of foolishness, Meng Hexuan finally returned to normal and gradually regained his former glory, but he couldn’t feel happy.

His wife treated him with extreme courtesy and distance.

Others thought he was gloomy all the time because he was embarrassed to have married a country girl, but he was actually fretting over how to restore their relationship.

Should he massage her shoulders and wash her feet like he used to when he was foolish? Act spoiled, cry, and beg her forgiveness? But even after regaining his senses, he didn’t dare think back on it. How could he possibly do those things shamelessly again?

Just as he was getting ready to pretend to be a fool so he could get close to her, Meng Hexuan was horrified to discover that his little wife had packed her things and run away from home!
