My new story, "After I Got Involved with the Amnesiac Commander, She Ran Away," is now underway. Add it to your collection!]
"Who says the Three Kingdoms can only belong to men?" Sun Shangxiang, princess of Jiangdong, loves military affairs from a young age. Brave and decisive, she has the spirit of her brothers.
She makes peace with Shu Han, holds back Cao Wei, and saves Eastern Wu from danger. She can drink and laugh freely with Liu Bei and Zhou Yu, or don armor and fight bravely at the Battle of Red Cliffs.
Her sharpest weapon is not only the blade left to her by her father and brothers, but also her fearless heart.
Yet she was born into a chaotic age, with too many things beyond her control. She has no choice but to enter a political marriage with Liu Bei.
*
On the day Sun Shangxiang departed, a hundred carriages followed her, and a thousand miles of bridal finery stretched behind her. Resplendent and holding a sword, radiant as spring blossoms, she sat inside a flower-patterned brocade carriage. She lifted its embroidered beaded curtain and looked back toward Jiangdong.
Songs and music filled the sky, and guests crowded the doors. Only Lu Yi remained cool and scholarly, standing tall with his eyes lowered, never once looking at her.
What she did not know was that after she left, he changed his name to Lu Xun.
Years later, he would use the fire at Yiling to burn Liu Bei's imperial ambitions to ashes.
*Couple: A wild, untamed black-lotus princess x a reserved, clever scholar destined for high office
*Pure historical romance, no golden finger, no transmigrate or reborn characters.
*The story is divided into four volumes by timeline.
Volume One: Sun Ce's Death to the Battle of Red Cliffs
Volume Two: The Sun-Liu Alliance to Shangxiang's Return Home
Volume Three: Return to Wu to the Ending

*The historical content is based mainly on Records of the Three Kingdoms and Comprehensive Mirror to Aid in Government. A very small number of details are based on Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Some details are fictionalized, so please don't nitpick the history.
Thank you, dear readers, for your understanding and support!
*Happy ending, so read without worry.

Here is the blurb:
Yu Heng is the daughter of a grand secretary and Madam Huayang, but she grew up away from home and endured every hardship imaginable. There are three things she hates most in life: being poor, being poor, and being poor.
So when Shen Huan, the commander known as "Jade-Faced Asura," first calls her crude, then says she is connected to a major case and must be investigated, and even ruins her match with the crown prince, she's so furious she could bite her handkerchief in frustration.
Who does this guy think he is?
He deserves to die!
So when Shen Huan gives her a red-gold hairpin, Yu Heng assumes it's a fox offering a chicken New Year's greetings. The man must have ulterior motives. He's definitely trying to harm her! She won't fall for it!
But the hairpin is so shiny that her hand slips, and she takes it.
Then Shen Huan gives her a stack of property deeds and land deeds.
Her hand slips again, and she takes them.
When Shen Huan offers her his family's jade pendant, of which only half remains, swears up and down how much he loves her, and asks for her hand in marriage...
Yu Heng's knees give out, and she drops to the ground.
Then she remembers: she was the one who sold the other half.
For ten taels of gold!
But faced with all this wealth and glory, Yu Heng is ultimately dazzled.
Only a fool would pass up a good deal!
*
Shen Huan was born into privilege. As a young man, he lived carefree and spirited, until tragedy struck and his family died. From then on, he closed his heart to love and became taciturn.
He has three regrets in life.
First, his teacher died falsely accused and with no justice. Second, a major case remains unsolved and the past unresolved. Third, after being injured and rescued, he lost his jade pendant.
One day, Shen Huan wakes to find the world has changed.
He's lost his memory, and can remember only up to the age of nineteen. To figure out what happened, he reads through his daily records and finds a name marked in bold red: Yu Heng.
She must be important. He'll have to see what kind of person she is. So Shen Huan looks at her once, twice, three times... and countless times after that.
The more he looks, the more familiar she seems, and the more he likes her.
One gentle glance from her, and his bones go weak.
On their wedding day, Shen Huan suddenly remembers everything. Just as he's trying to figure out what to do, a subordinate tells him: The bride left behind the divorce papers and ran away!
*
"I remember now."
Shen Huan speaks gently, but the young woman on the bed is too frightened to move. "My dear wife is so cruel. You left me behind just like this last time."
"Are you going to leave again?"
*Lighthearted, fictional setting. The official system and customs are modeled on the Ming dynasty.
*One-on-one romance, both leads are each other's first, happy ending.
Theme: Who says women are inferior to men?
The writing is very historical and the writing skills are very good. People often lament that Zhuge Wuhou and Jiang Wei failed to succeed in the Northern Expedition. But when I saw the author's extra story, it was also moving to see Lu Kang, who inherited his parents' legacy, knowing that Soochow was already in decline, but still trying to prop up the building before it collapsed. Soochow perished after Lu Kang's death, which was a good ending for Lu Kang. In the end, I felt sorry for Xiangxiang and Lu Xun, who were not able to grow old together in the extra episode, but this is history. But at least the two spent the best time together, and this is also the romance left to us by history and the author.
In the past, the completion scores of several little angels were lost due to bugs [scared]
The teacher's writing is so good that those who understand it are already in tears?
After reading this, I can have a good sleep. It would be great if there were more sweet extras.
The second volume may be a little rough, but don't worry, it will be sweet again soon. In the third volume, I will give you a 4! Hey-hey
