I haven't thought about the copy yet and will edit it when I do. Overall, it's a story about all the Black and Blue members entering the parallel Bakumatsu era. Only the names and personalities of the Black and Blue characters are retained. It's not a textual research. The background refers to anime works such as Rurouni Kenshin and Hakuoki.
PS: The idea of all members drawing swords refers to the "K" youth group.
