Overcome stereotypical thinking about cultivation and subjective bias against spiritual roots. Reduce regional and spiritual-root restrictions on civil service exams.

Promote shared cultivation techniques and extend average life expectancy, easing the worsening problem of an aging population.

Implement targeted poverty alleviation across the Heavenly, Earthly, and Human Realms. Connect cultivation knowledge and labor in complementary ways to create an integrated process.

Interim Results:

Initial poverty alleviation in the Human Realm has been completed, and the Heavenly Realm's monopoly on cultivation techniques has been broken.

Next Strategic Steps:

Prevent the Human Realm from falling back into poverty, consolidate development gains, continue revitalizing the cultivation industry, and completely liberate the cultivation world.
