Sickly Muzan, in the Heian era, is chosen by the Time Government because of his powerful wish. He makes a contract with an abandoned citadel and travels through the Demon Slayer world to eliminate the Time Retrograde Army. By a twist of fate, he and his favorite sword, named "Heshikiri Hasebe," are trapped in this timeline together. From then on, they set out to oppose another version of himself.
In short, Hasebe is immensely proud to see his master change from a picky, morally bankrupt piece of trash into an ordinary person who is beginning to understand love and kindness.
(Muzan is an extremely self-centered jerk who makes very high and bizarre demands of his subordinates, while Heshikiri Hasebe is a "master-obsessed" sword who can put up with nearly all of his master's flaws. I thought they seemed like a good match, so I wrote this... Sorry for indulging my peculiar tastes, orz.)

1. The protagonist is a Muzan from a parallel world, before he became a demon. He hasn't committed any terrible crimes yet, but the selfish, coldhearted jerk in his nature will take time to change. The original Muzan will appear, and I won't whitewash him. He really does deserve to die.
2. This story's Muzan won't do those evil things. He's more like an indulged, selfish, death-fearing, immature super-brat (?)
3. This is a crossover between Demon Slayer and Touken Ranbu. A few chapters may require some familiarity with Touken Ranbu, but Demon Slayer is the main setting. Some details about the Time Government will be changed to fit the story better.
4. No romance pairing. This is about healing and redemption in both directions (?)
