Fighting Back in the Escape Game

Luo Qi coughed up blood weakly as he was thrown into a horror game with a 99% death rate. In this world, players struggled desperately through dungeons, NPCs went mad amid the killing, and order was gradually collapsing. The root cause of it all was the demon god Qi Luo, who ruled over every plane and could destroy the world. No one knew that before falling to demonic corruption, Qi Luo had personally separated out the untainted goodness within himself and given it a name: Luo Qi. . Luo Qi was frail, his face pale as paper. As soon as he entered the beginner dungeon, a monster with a blue-green face and fangs swung a scythe at him. Luo Qi didn't run. Instead, he walked toward the blade, surrounded by the holiest light. Sensing the demon god's aura, the monster shed its savage expression and looked utterly reverent. "M-My king, welcome!" It prostrated itself on the ground and stammered, "Did I frighten you just now? I'll gladly die to atone!" At first, Luo Qi couldn't understand why high-risk NPCs were bowing to him. In a C-rank dungeon, the immortal Skeleton King knelt before Luo Qi and offered up its soul. In a B-rank dungeon, the Red Witch, who could destroy a city with a flick of her finger, sacrificed herself to grant Luo Qi absolute defense. Rumors spread like wildfire. Players whispered among themselves: That sickly beauty who looked one breath from death was the most ruthless, bloodthirsty tyrant in the game. Every dungeon he entered was wiped out. Until one day, the world rumbled, and an aura that made all things tremble rose from the abyss. The sleeping demon god had awoken. Luo Qi looked at the figure stepping out of the void. Silver hair like the moon, golden eyes like stars, and a face identical to his own. Black mist surrounded him, blotting out the sky. "Why have you come?" the demon god asked. For the first time, the pure eyes Luo Qi always wore held the same piercing intensity as the demon god's. He curved his pale lips, as if singing of their final fate: "Of course, to die and be buried together with 'myself.'" #If you are trapped in darkness, how could I rest in the light?# - Narcissistic romance: a sickly beauty with no will to live x a doting, unhinged demon god - When I gaze into the abyss, the abyss trembles and kisses me. 2023/03/09 Theme: Even if you get to start over, you still have to keep trying.
