Only before people die do they realize that they have so many regrets. These regrets leave the human body with the soul. Some become resentful souls and leave the world after just one look. Some regrets are too heavy and become delusions. The soul is no longer pure as it was before, but becomes a tool that only fulfills one's own wishes.
Purpose: Eat and drink when you should, and don't take it personally when you encounter difficulties.
