Synopsis:

Fang Tingyu thought he was an outstanding and formidable Alpha, unbeatable in the world, with monsters and villains making way for him.

But his unruly nature and refusal to follow orders got him expelled from the First Military Academy. His Omega father then banished him to the worst school in the capital, infamous for its low standards and despised by everyone: the Ninth Military Training Institute.

Commonly known as Haizhou Academy.

To his surprise, on the very day he transferred, he ran into Xu Zhiheng, his lifelong nemesis, and landed on the military academy's list of students requiring special "education"...

At fourteen, Xu Zhiheng's gland cells had already differentiated to the second stage. He came from a good family, had a great physique, was tall and more handsome than Fang Tingyu, and was knowledgeable and impeccably mannered. In everyone's eyes, he was a perfect gentleman and an exemplary young Alpha.

In short, he was the classic perfect child everyone else's parents wished they had. He was good at everything!

Other students came to the Ninth Military Training Institute to be educated. He came to educate others, reform them, and provide society with excellent human resources.

Fang Tingyu alone thought he was putting on an act, and that every cell in his body, inside and out, was utterly hypocritical.

To expose Xu Zhiheng's true, phony nature and show everyone that this Alpha was a sanctimonious, refined scoundrel, Fang Tingyu kept tripping him up and sabotaging him. He called it: "Exposing scoundrels is everyone's responsibility. Exposing a hypocrite like Xu Zhiheng is all the more a duty for an upstanding citizen like me."

Xu Zhiheng stayed calm and courteous, meeting force with force and adapting to every situation. He took it all in stride and wasn't remotely intimidated.

But on the day their teams were supposed to compete in an outdoor training exercise, something unexpected happened...

A delicate snowbell-flower pheromone, belonging to an Omega, suddenly filled the air in a team that was supposed to consist entirely of Alphas.

Only when the Alphas around him began looking at him strangely did Fang Tingyu realize the pheromones were coming from him.

Fang Tingyu waved his hand, his face set with conviction. "What are you talking about? That's impossible. I'm a bona fide Alpha. Something must be wrong."

Xu Zhiheng's eyes darkened. His throat dry, he dragged Fang Tingyu aside. "Well, well. A little kitten in wolf's clothing."

During a mission, Fang Tingyu fell into an enemy trap and was induced into heat. With no choice but to ask the only Alpha nearby for help, he said, "Bite me and mark me, or we're both done for."

The white lion Alpha put away his gun, looking remarkably relaxed and lazy. "You should know an Alpha can have only one partner in their lifetime and mark only one Omega. What's in it for me if I mark you?"

Fang Tingyu pulled Xu Zhiheng toward him and openly offered the gland on the back of his neck. "Enough talk. At worst, I'll marry you..."

Content Warnings:

1. One-on-one romance. Both leads are physically and emotionally devoted to each other. There is angst for both the seme and the uke, but it's mixed with sweetness. Includes mutated monsters, and characters transform into beasts during battle. This is an unconventional ABO military academy story.

2. The uke is afraid of seeing blood because of a friend's death. This only applies to friendship; he is healed later. He is an A at first and an O later, and his golden pupils turn deep blue after his gland is replaced.

3. The uke acts a little spoiled and difficult at first. He's an atypical bad kid who improves under the seme's influence. Read with caution if that bothers you.

4. The author has a big imagination and lots of original worldbuilding. Anything can happen in this fictional world. The story isn't limited to the school; later events include fighting mutated beasts, catching fugitives, going on missions, and much more.
