[A few things I want to say]

Feel free to skip if there are flaws. This is my first book, so it drags in places, has a muddled mix of elements, and the writing style is hard to describe, hahaha...

Motto: Two Alphas should be all about pure love.

Early on: A spoiled and willful person who learns the other likes her and keeps clinging to them because they're pleasing to the eye x A pathological lover who can't make peace with having their feelings returned because their idealized image of the other is too strong.

Later on: A male lead who plays the victim to win sympathy and a female lead who spends her whole life pleasing and soothing others.

[In a nutshell]

What it seems like: One "good girl" from Lu Jia, and Fu Yang is wrapped around her finger for life.

What it really is: She spends her whole life suppressing herself just to earn the highest praise: "good girl."

(Darn it, I can't type the female lead's name, hahaha... I'm laughing.)

Lu's feelings for Fu Yang were probably doomed from the very beginning. She had planned to sink alone, all the way to the bottom...

How could she have known Fu Yang would fall even deeper than she did?

The new head of the Research Department is nestled against the shoulder of their Captain Lu, growing more and more demanding.

She strokes his head, her voice as gentle as if she were soothing a child:

How could she not understand? Back then, his one question, "Will you take me with you?" was worth more than countless intimate whispers between a man and a woman.

The pace is a little slow, with a bit too much rambling. If that's not for you, just check the title and notes~

--- If you've made it this far, here's a little reading guide, hehe ---

It was difficult to write, but I stuck with it. There are parts I'm happy with and parts I wish I could tear out but can't. Thank you, darlings, for understanding. All in all, I hope you find something you like in these pages.

Volume One reads like an elementary school student showing off their writing.

Volume Two is the part I'm most satisfied with. It was also the part that got rejected the most. Asked why? It was too fast-paced.

I really couldn't come up with anything for Volume Three. But those chapters where they sneak off together in a room after reuniting, a few chapters I marked as sweet, and the "Are you good or not?" chapter are so sweet that they put me at ease.

Most importantly, I'm happy with the last chapter too! The opening is just awful, but a happy ending is enough. At least I didn't write it for nothing.

Two days after I marked it complete, it had four favorites. To the darlings doing charity work, I honestly don't know what kind of angels you are, hahaha. That's all for this book for now. Thank you, and maybe we'll meet again next time. <3
