Qin Shen's first impression of Jiang Mengyao began with an act of bravery.

The slender girl somehow found the courage to charge in, swinging her schoolbag and sending the punks running with their heads covered. When she chased after them, she tripped over her own feet. If Qin Shen hadn't caught her in time, she would've fallen hard.

They forced his head to the ground. He saw Jiang Mengyao walk past, her eyes glancing lightly over him. This time, she didn't get her white socks dirty.

The boys jeered, "Still staring? Don't you know why you're getting beaten up?"

Qin Shen kept watching her, refusing to look away.
