My Cat Has a Split Personality

Three-year-old Shasha was very unhappy because it was time for her to start kindergarten, and she really didn't like kindergarten.

So after worrying about it for a few days, Shasha's mom came up with an idea.

"Little Shasha, let's play a game."

Shasha's mom brought her a somewhat unusual little black cat. The right half of its face and its right ear were white.

"From today on, this is Shasha's kitty, so you'll have to take responsibility for it, okay?"

A little wooden board appeared in Shasha's room, with a neat list on it:

Teaser wand: 20 points

A can of cat food: 50 points

Take the cat to a pet cafe: 100 points

A new cat bed: 200 points

A new cat tree: 500 points

Get dressed by yourself: +1 point

Go to school without fussing: +1 point

Don't cry when school lets out: +1 point

Get along nicely with classmates: +1 point

Finish your homework on time: +1 point

Finish all your food: +1 point

Put away your toys when playtime is over: +1 point

Shasha counted on her fingers for a long time, then crouched in front of the kitten with a troubled look.

"Oh no, you'll only get one can of food after fifty days."

Dazai Kitty: ...Thanks, but I don't want any of it.

Theme: Be a good kid.
