The timeline is after the end of Part One. None of the settings introduced in Part Two exist.
This is an IF story, and Goetia really was torn apart by hand... It successfully reaches an ending where the Doctor survives and his secret identity remains undiscovered.
The pairing is all Ritsuka!!!
