Mr. Mori Is No Simple Man

When Lan brought Conan home, Kogoro Mouri was watching Yoko Okino's latest work. As he watched, he remarked, "Turning young again is something that only happens in stories, right?"

"Still, it would be nice if it happened in real life." He scratched his hair and burst out laughing.

Conan slowly turned his head.

Haibara Ai had just come in when she heard Kogoro Mouri complaining to Ran: "Sherry? What kind of drink is that for a little girl? It's completely flavorless. Why is it in my liquor cabinet?"

Haibara Ai turned around and ran.

When Amuro Tooru said he wanted to become Kogoro Mouri's apprentice, Kogoro Mouri said, "Shouldn't you serve your master tea when you become his apprentice?"

"But Ran isn't here, and I always mess up the tea." Kogoro Mouri casually took a bottle of bourbon from the liquor cabinet next door and handed it to Amuro Tooru. "Want a drink? Bourbon."

Amuro Tooru's pupils shook with shock.
