[Blurb]
Wen Xinshui is a concubine-born daughter of the Prime Minister's household. Her father doesn't care for her, her mother doesn't love her, and her brothers and sisters bully her every day.
She barely makes it to the age of fifteen before suddenly coming down with a strange illness. Her soul travels to the body of a baby in the modern world.
After living safely to the age of twenty, a car accident sends her back to the Prime Minister's household.
A month has passed since she was bedridden. During that month, something strange happened in the country.
A gigantic black tower rose from the ground. No one could approach it or damage it.
Every three days, the tower called out several names. An hour later, the people named would vanish into thin air, never to appear again.
This time, the names called included Wen Xinshui and her legitimate elder sister, Wen Xingning, who often bullied her.
Wen Xinshui: Oh wow, it's already this exciting just after I got back?
Certain she was going to die, Wen Xinshui calmly entered the black tower, only to discover that it was a series of escape-game dungeons. As it happened, she had read plenty of escape-game novels in the modern world. She cleared the dungeon in no time and returned to the Prime Minister's household.
The people of the Prime Minister's household, in the middle of holding an elaborate funeral: ...Did I just see the two young ladies? Am I seeing ghosts?
The people sent into the dungeons came from all walks of life: members of the imperial family and nobles, commoners, reclusive miracle doctors from the mountains, martial artists, and even the crown prince of an enemy kingdom. No one could escape the black tower's clutches.
Watching the emperor, the ladies of the palace, the chief eunuch, the crown prince, the princesses, the ministers, the generals, and the commoners hide behind her every time, Wen Xinshui thought: This is so much pressure. I wish someone else would share the burden.
The Prime Minister has been troubled lately. First, the general's son came to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage. Then the emperor started hinting about Xinshui's marriage. He even got kidnapped by the enemy kingdom's crown prince while eating at a roadside restaurant, who demanded that he hand over his daughter.
The Prime Minister: I have plenty of daughters, but everyone only wants Xinshui. What am I supposed to do? I'm at my wits' end, sob...
Theme: No matter where you are, keep living well.
The subject matter is good, but the writing is so frustrating. It made me feel so uncomfortable. The comments on the first book were closed again, and there was no place to complain. It made me feel tight in my chest.
The writing is good, the plot is logical, and the characters' personalities are well described and I like it. But it's strange why I have to do tasks, rivers and lakes, the court, the future world, the mystery of my life experience, etc. It's too messy to stew so many materials into one pot. It feels inconsistent in many places. It's a pity and a pity. But I am very grateful to the author for this book. I am lucky to be able to see the ending? XThank you. ^__^
I don't know why, but I thought it was possible and took the ancient ginseng to participate in the escape. . . I'm still wondering why I didn't see ginseng in the copy.
Can you open the first review? Reading a book without comments is like watching a video without comments. It's as lonely as snow.
But that princess is really annoying, and the person behind the scenes is so fond of her that she doesn't dare to hate her. It's really uncomfortable. She must seek revenge from the person behind the scenes!
Although the ending is quite urgent, it's good to have an ending
Xiao Shi is an innocent boy, hahaha
Now the water girl with this character will not be kidnapped by morality, it's cool
It's not bad to have an ending, let's end with flowers~
The setting and writing are obviously good, why do you like writing weird things so much?
