Saving a Tragic, Handsome, and Powerful Man

Sang Yuwan transmigrates into the supernatural novel Records of the Demon Suppression.

She becomes a demon consort whose original form is a nine-tailed white fox. Trapped in the imperial palace for years, she has no demonic powers.

Spoiled by the late emperor, the demon consort lives a life of extravagant excess and loves handsome men.

She has also set her sights on the original novel's male lead, Shen Wangchen, the top scorer in the palace examinations.

She even wants to make him hers.

As soon as she transmigrates, the System tells Sang Yuwan to raise Ning Rufeng's favorability and stop him from turning evil and falling into demonic ways, thereby saving the world.

Ning Rufeng, the original novel's second male lead, is a great villain and the unrelated older brother of the female lead, Lu Qingli.

You've got to be kidding!

In the original novel, once the demon consort learns that Shen Wangchen is engaged to the commandery princess Lu Qingli, she starts relentlessly making trouble and targeting Lu Qingli, until she eventually gets herself killed.

Well, the demon consort has managed to offend every single one of them.

One day, the System tells Sang Yuwan that the favorability meter is full.

Just as she starts to celebrate, Ning Rufeng suddenly surrounds the imperial city with his troops, and before long, the streets run red with blood.

As his troops close in, Ning Rufeng rides up on horseback in full armor. His handsome face bears a wild, unrestrained smile. "Today, I invite Her Highness the Dowager Consort to take up residence in Fengyi Palace."

Meanwhile, the demon consort Sang Yuwan cowers in her bedchamber. "System, tell me why Ning Rufeng still turned evil!"

"System alert: Program error."

It turns out that the favorability she had been raising every day was actually the lovesick Ning Rufeng's corruption meter.

And the one Ning Rufeng had always coveted wasn't the original novel's heroine, but her, the demon consort! Ahhh...

Ning Rufeng still falls into demonic ways and turns evil, and the only way she can save the world is to kill him.

Ning Rufeng, a half-demon who was never accepted, endured humiliation and hardship until one day he overthrew the court and claimed the demon consort for himself.

The person he had always loved was the demon consort.

He overturned the dynasty and fell into demonic ways, ready to destroy heaven and earth, all to keep one person by his side for all eternity.

"Wanwan, kill me. Kill me, and go save your world."
