About the Cataclysm:
In 2058, dazzling auroras engulfed the Blue Star.
An era of evolution began. It transformed not only living things, but also the blue planet beneath their feet.
For humanity, however, the apocalypse had arrived.
Earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, rising sea levels, and continents breaking apart into islands.
Snow seasons, drought seasons, and savage creatures followed one after another.
Fortunately, the evolutionary trial treated everyone equally. Humanity was not left behind.
The "messengers," who can communicate with birds; the "beast whisperers," who live alongside animals; the "stone listeners," who hear the earth and its minerals; the "cultivators," who tend to and breed plants; and the "merfolk," who travel through rivers and oceans: faced with adversity, humanity forged a new path forward.
About the Two:
Yuan Shuo is a stubborn man. Once he's made up his mind about something, it's almost impossible to change it.
For example, he dropped out of school at seventeen, yet insisted that Yu Cheng stay in school and go to college.
For example, he cherishes Yu Cheng above all else, yet firmly insists on seeing him as family.
Yu Cheng is furious with him, but there's nothing he can do about it.
Until the night of the aurora arrived.
All order was shattered.
The shackles in Yuan Shuo's heart seemed to break as well.
About Their Journey:
After drifting alone and reuniting, the two finally decided to get away from the crowds. A small ring-shaped island welcomed them, and there they made a home.
About Their Types:
Land's apex predator, tiger beast whisperer, Yuan Shuo x ocean spirit, merfolk, Yu Cheng
