Building Middle-earth Through Card Draws

What's it like to transmigrate into a magical Middle-earth full of poverty and ignorance as a full-time mechanical repairer, with a scammy gacha System and a trashy plot System?

Thanks for asking. Lu Chenxing says that even here, she'll use gacha pulls to make the mechanic profession thrive!

She was originally a member of the human royal family, but mistakenly transmigrated into the dark elf clan, a closed-off, xenophobic, self-sufficient people who had strayed too far from the plot.

They lived in the undeveloped northwestern continent.

Orcs and dark wizards were watching them like hawks...

Lu Chenxing says isolation is no good.

Fall behind and you'll get beaten.

Every industry needs to be developed!

So, years later, when humans and dwarves saw the dark elves' merchant ships sailing toward the vast ocean, they couldn't help staring in disbelief.

Were these really those backward dark elves?

Yet Thranduil, her greatest support and biggest obstacle in her work, was an ill-tempered elf king who constantly disrupted Lu Chenxing's plans...

According to prophecy, humans, elves, and dwarves each have their own emissary.

But when the prophesied emissary of salvation appeared, the elf king Thranduil declared:

I don't believe it.

The emissary can keep a low profile, but our elves can't be the only ones without one.

When their former allies, who had once looked down on them, began to change their minds, Thranduil declared:

The dwarves want the emissary's help? Let those rude little people keep dreaming!

The humans want the emissary's help? Let those cunning humans wait!

Eventually, the elf king gradually discovered that he, too, had been influenced by the emissary...

[When the proud lower their heads,

When the dark embrace long-missed light,

When the shackles of prejudice and arrogance are broken,

The radiance of the gods will once again blanket the world.]

Elf Prince: Don't I remember that, technically, I'm your teacher?

Lu Chenxing: From now on, we'll each have our own version. I'll call you teacher, and you can call me queen.

[The elf prince is not the elf king's biological son, but they are related by blood.]
