I Cosplayed as Rimbaud and Joined Rikkai University

Check out my upcoming volleyball story: "How Compatible Are a Silver-Haired Fox and Inarizaki?" And my friend's story: "The Socially Anxious Person's Great Battle" A quick transmigration-style derivative danmei story. The world I'm writing now features Bungo Stray Dogs and the Port Mafia boss falling passionately in love. [First-time writer. OOC warning] Blurb: I'm an ordinary person, currently cosplaying my own version of young Ranpo from Bungo Stray Dogs, when I walk into an ordinary anime convention and experience an ordinary cosplay transmigration. Obviously, this doesn't faze me at all. Good news: I didn't transmigrate into the Bungo Stray Dogs world. Bad news: Tennis balls that punch through water towers, and soccer balls that blow up satellites. I open my eyes, and a famous mouse-catching workaholic gives me a cold laugh. Me, wearing Ranpo's face: ... So, Director, is there something wrong with this set? After leaving behind Ranpo's life of constant fighting in Bungo Stray Dogs, he starts a happy new life as a boy in Rikkai's tennis club. Playing tennis every day, fooling around with his teammates, and hearing people around him talk about combo moves and bonds, Ranpo feels he's completely evolved into a gentle, kind-hearted boy. But things still take an unexpected turn. Ranpo watches the seniors at U-17 pull off tennis versions of No Longer Human and Rashomon's Black Hole, and falls silent. He turns around and walks away. Director, is this the wrong set again? Reader's guide: 1. The characters are OOC from the start. Call it stealing their characterization if you want; I don't care. Any OOC is on me, not my characters. Don't insult them. Don't read if this bothers you. ++++++++++++++2. Rikkai will win three consecutive championships. Don't read if that bothers you. ++++++++++++++3. There are lots of original details. Don't read if that bothers you. ++++++++++++++4. This is a crossover, including a little Detective Conan, but the main plot is still tennis. The Detective Conan timeline is a mess, so you may want to skip it. ++++++++++++++5. Seigaku will be crushed. Don't read if that bothers you. I'm not a Seigaku hater, but they will be thoroughly crushed. ++++++++++++++6. The champions, Rikkai, have no weaknesses! Dividing line The author's ongoing story "Only Special Abilities Can Defeat Superpower Tennis" Imayoshi Huai, a rich young man born in Yokohama, has suffered from the dazzling visual pollution created by Yokohama's ability users since childhood. After seeing a promotional flyer stuck to a telephone pole in Yokohama, Imayoshi Huai decides to give it a try and move to Kanagawa, supposedly a great place for sporty boys to live, to escape the visual pollution. But obviously, you can't trust every flyer. On one side, there are ...; on the other, there are ... Imayoshi Huai falls into deep thought. In the end, he decides that if he can't beat them, he'll join them... Damn it! Let me show you the power of sports played with special abilities! Only special abilities can defeat superpower tennis! Dividing line The Rikkai tennis club has once again fallen into financial crisis because of the demolition squad's property damage. Yanagi Renji and Yukimura Seiichi stare at the huge red character for "debt" in their notebook, their eyes rolling back. Yanagi struggles to speak. "Everyone, we may have to borrow a tennis court to play." Imayoshi Huai quietly raises his hand beside them. "Senpai, my family owns a renovation and demolition company!" At that moment, the golden light radiating from Imayoshi Huai shines down on every member of the Rikkai tennis club. Theme: Friendship is a bond!
