When an Ordinary Bystander Suddenly Gains Superpowers

Xiao Ci was an ordinary girl until one day she suddenly encountered a murder case she couldn't begin to understand.

During the murder, Xiao Ci was on the brink of death when she miraculously awakened a special ability that went beyond the bounds of ordinary understanding. From then on, she stepped through the door to another world.

So every country already has organizations dedicated to people with superpowers?

So those wars that ordinary people can't understand were actually caused by superpower organizations?

So a lot of strange cases were committed by superpowered people on the run?

So beneath the shadows, countless unsung heroes are giving their lives for the light of ordinary people.

"Welcome to the Huaxia Bureau for the Observation of Special Abilities. May you live up to the nation's investment in your training, remain true to your convictions, and devote your life to maintaining social stability and safeguarding the peace of the people."

[We are the guardians beneath the shadows.]

Note: I only have a concept so far, and haven't figured out the actual plot yet. I'll leave it here for now and work on it if the preorder numbers are high enough.
