The Regent’s Foolish, Spoiled Young Wife

Rumor has it in the capital that he is ungrateful, behaving outrageously in the Chancellor's household. He's nothing but a rotten seed. When the Shang family fell from power, everyone learned that the rumors of Shang Lanyu's wickedness had been deliberately spread by his family to bolster their reputation. He'd eat one last meal, then starve to death... He never got to eat that "last meal." The aroma from his cooking spread for miles and attracted a legendary disaster-class beast. The beast devoured his food and became his bodyguard... Chu Xingzhou thought he could roam the wasteland freely with the beast at his side. One day, he boldly picked up a man who had fainted from hunger. He planned to use the man's debt of gratitude to enslave him, but ended up being captured by the man instead. The man could beat up even the disaster-class beast... Chu Xingzhou: "I'm the one who saved your life..." Bian Yushan: "Three meals a day, or I'll kill you!" To keep Chu Xingzhou from running away, Bian Yushan stayed by his side every moment. They even had to share a bed at night. * Chu Xingzhou's skills could purify radiation, so he took all the mutant meat nobody else dared to eat and set up a mobile food stall using these strange ingredients. Charcoal-grilled radioactive giant lizard tail, double-headed lion-scorpion stew, stir-fried molten crab claws... There was more food than they could ever finish!
