Probably just more flights of fancy on a whim. Rika, the daughter of Chi An, returns from the future to the past with her two unrelated older sisters. She wants to change a few small things.
But when she arrives, her parents are in the middle of a strange cohabiting arrangement.
And there's also this: "She really doesn't look like she has both parents around."
The relationship is more Chi An than Shu Xiu Ling, but not quite Shu Xiu Ling.
Warnings:
There is conflict between father and daughter (and it may be quite prominent), original characters (with a lot of page time), supernatural abilities, male pregnancy (not a basic worldbuilding premise, and I have tried to make it work), character deaths, character resurrections (not ordinary resurrections; if we followed the usual resurrection process, it would be easier to just choose between ghouls and zombies), characters falling into depravity, scenes of psychological breakdown and grief, mental instability, heavily altered settings, Lovecraftian elements, and the Black Organization disappearing. Most pairings besides Chi An and Shin Ran are canon or familial and platonic.
Since there is no liquor, there are no real or fake liquor characters... If you really can't accept a story with no liquor in it, you can leave.
Rika has a canon partner, who is already dead. Her partner is the child of a canon couple.
There are descriptions of graphic violence. The future arc is relatively short, but it mixes in Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina AUs. Please feel free to leave if you can't accept that.
OOC is inevitable. If you feel uncomfortable, please leave promptly. I love melodrama and may not be able to make everyone happy!
