Question: If you're an ordinary person who transmigrates into Gotham, how many steps does it take to raise someone into a pillar of Arkham?
Answer: Three.
1. Find an innocent, crooked businessman and make off with all his money. Then whisper in his ear, "DC Gotham, DC Gotham, the Iceberg Lounge is going under!"
2. Find a reliable police station employee and get them to make you a fake identity. Then gently whisper in their ear, "Leave some room for the future, and we'll meet again at Arkham."
3. Find a divided personality in a suit and persuade him to teach you his employment history. Or use special methods to get the job done in one blast. Play this into each of his ears from your phone: "Burn down Gotham, spend the rest of your life in Arkham."
Lastly, if you're still worried you might not become a central figure in Arkham, there's one more safety net: find a respectable circus employee, lunge at him and hug him. Ignore the physical harm from the employee himself and the psychological harm from some mysterious dark figure. Close your eyes and wail at the top of your lungs, "Arkham's prettiest flower, hug me!"
"Can't say whether you'll manage to raise someone, but this text alone proves you have the potential to end up in Arkham." Red Robin turned his computer screen toward him. The camera in the corner swung up and down to follow Bryce. "Given your outrageous behavior, the madmen's fanbase has shrunk by 39.75% in a year. The Joker's fans account for a particularly large share of that drop. Keep it up, and one day Commissioner Gordon will send you a commendation banner."
"But I did get a bed at Arkham," Bryce protested, pointedly ignoring the second half. Seeing Red Robin's smile grow more dangerous, Bryce quickly changed tack and tried to make up for it. "Thanks for buying Arkham's bed and bringing it back to Wayne Manor, Little Red. I'll never forget how cool you looked paying for it."
The camera fell into suspicious silence.
"Was the Joker comfortable to hug around the waist?" Red Robin asked softly.
Bryce looked at Red Robin's insincere smile, pursed his lips, and thought carefully for two seconds before answering righteously, "It was so comfortable. Please do it again!"

A few things to know before reading:
1. Written for love, with an idea and a burst of enthusiasm.
2. I'm a novice writer. If it's not your thing, please don't read or leave negative comments. Thank you.
3. Any OOC characterization is on me. If the character portrayals are lacking, please feel free to offer advice in the comments. Thank you.
4. The protagonist simply transmigrates. There is no harem or Jack Sue plot, and this is not a secret identity story.
5. There are no romantic pairings apart from canon pairings and the protagonist.
6. There are many original plot elements, and the story has little connection to the original work. Please leave if that's not for you.
7. I don't bash anyone.
8. I look forward to every comment! Everyone is welcome to offer advice in the comments!
Premise: The stillness of all things, absurd to me.
