After Being Desired by a Bad Seed

[Honest, sweet girl x dark, unhinged obsessive dog]

[Second-chance romance, she runs and he chases, melodramatic romance]

Lin Zhi followed her mother into the Song family after her mother remarried.

She had always been a quiet, obedient girl who liked to hide in inconspicuous corners.

Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed someone staring at her.

She looked up and met a pair of gentle amber eyes.

He watched her with interest, wearing a strikingly beautiful smile.

Lin Zhi instinctively thought of Song Run as one of her own,

someone with whom she could keep each other warm.

But later, she discovered that Song Run wasn’t like her at all.

He was a hypocritical, ravenous wolf!

He would maliciously soak and soil the hem of her skirt,

stuff her lace stockings into his pocket,

and, in some deserted corner, kiss her until she could barely breathe, trembling.

Even on a balcony with only a door between them, he would force her to beg for mercy, trembling as she called him “Big Brother.”

Lin Zhi knew he was unhinged and insatiable,

so the moment she got a chance, she fled from the terrifying monster.

She ran from his frenzied, passionate, suffocating love.

Years later, Lin Zhi had become a well-known inheritor of traditional crafts.

Song Run had made a success of his career and was now an up-and-coming figure in Nan City, someone countless people tried to curry favor with.

By chance, Lin Zhi ran into him at a banquet.

He stood among the crowd, aloof and distant, handsome and composed.

There was no trace of his former madness or desperation to find her.

He even asked her in front of everyone, “Who are you?”

His gaze was cold and sharp.

It wasn’t until a male colleague intervened that Lin Zhi was able to get away.

But on a night of torrential rain, the tall, aloof man who had claimed not to know her at the banquet trapped Lin Zhi in front of a floor-to-ceiling window.

Jealous and frantic, he gripped her waist, repeating the names of every place she had been, over and over.

Lin Zhi trembled all over and cried uncontrollably through the night.

Song Run caressed her swelling belly and kissed the corners of her eyes, red from crying. His voice was dangerous. “I still love you very much.”

“Stay. Love me.”
