Mr. An and His Puppy-Like Roommate

The entertainment industry moves on quickly, but there is always someone who defies the trend. Even after being away from the stage for three years, countless fans are still waiting for his comeback. An Xuxi returned from the UK at fifteen and signed a debut contract outright. He had no trainee experience and was dropped straight into SHINee as a debuting member. Among SM trainees, the senior everyone envied most was surely An Xuxi. From joining the company to debuting, he moved at the speed of a plane. Although he didn't gain fans as quickly as Choi Minho and Lee Taemin, he was still the little darling of countless older female fans. Ever since An Xuxi was born, people around him had praised how much he looked like his uncle. The older he got, the more alike they looked. He followed his uncle into the company and was parachuted into the debut lineup as a main vocalist. After senior Cho Kyuhyun released "At Gwanghwamun," An Xuxi followed in his footsteps with a solo debut. His first full-length album was produced by his own uncle, and he took part in composing it himself. An Xuxi was Cho Kyuhyun's junior at the same university, and they shared the same teacher. Their singing skills, vocal colors, and ranges were all on par, and both followed a ballad-oriented path. Compared with Cho Kyuhyun's sweet vocal color, An Xuxi's was cooler and clearer. Choi Minho had always been SHINee's official visual, but most people felt SHINee should have two visuals. After all, his uncle had been the company's very first-generation visual.
