The Cat of the Tomie Family

Fujie is going through her rebellious phase, and her mom is at her wits' end. So when Fujie throws a tantrum, rolling around and demanding a kitty, her exasperated mom gives her the entire first floor for raising a few cats.

The cats they buy are all adorable, each with its own eye-catching quirks.

The first little orange cat is named Little Orange. It has blue eyes, is gentle and cute, and likes to wear a little black bowler hat and give proper gentlemanly bows.

The second, a little black cat named Black Sugar, is so dark that when it sprawls in its bed, it looks like a black hole. It loves being wrapped in bandages from head to toe and sneaking bites of the family's canned crab meat.

The third, a little white cat named White Sugar, is pure white all over, with a pair of blue eyes vast as the sea. It is lively, cheerful, and mischievous, and it especially loves showing off and waving its claws when Fujie is eating cake.

The fourth, a little tabby named Little Tiger, is aloof one moment and docile the next. It seems to have a split personality.

Two more cats, abandoned by Fujie, scratch furiously at the door. One is a gray-blue kitty with emerald-green eyes and a tiny detective hat. The other is a kitty with a strange fringe, eyes as tiny as the little black spots all over its body.

Now that she has cats, Fujie finally understands how hard her mom worked to raise her. She's puzzled about why her cats won't eat cat food and have such strange habits. Not wanting the food to go to waste, she gives the cat food she bought to the handsome guy who volunteered to help take care of the cats.

Later, after watching Bungo Stray Dogs and Gorilla Kaisen, Fujie turns a suspicious gaze on her cats.

The moment they wake up, these people discover they've not only lost their powers but also changed species. They do everything they can to get home.

Then they figure out that this isn't their world, and to return to their own, they must complete the tasks that keep urging them on in their minds:

Everyone is stunned. How are they supposed to complete the main quest in cat form?!

Then their gloomy, sensitive little mistress hears the handsome guy caring for them say something bad about her mom. With a cheerful smile, she dismembers him, her practiced ease making their scalps tingle.

They watch helplessly as their little mistress turns the male teacher who has been stalking and harassing her into skewers, roasting him over a roaring fire until he's crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, screaming in agony and wishing he were dead.

At last, they see their little mistress pursued by a horde of frenzied men, each wanting to brutally dismember her and divide up her corpse...

Only then do they understand what kind of monster their little mistress is: the beautiful, bewitching, almost inhuman girl who gave them a place to sleep.

Their little mistress affectionately strokes their fluffy heads and says with a sweet smile, "I feel like you resemble characters from the anime I've been watching lately. I hate being deceived most of all. Anyone who deceives me, human or cat, will meet a bad end~"
