(Pretends to be sunny and sweet, actually a total psycho) Detective seme x (insecure, sensitive beauty) "murderer" uke
"I slumbered in the darkness, then awoke deep in the forest. In my joyless life, he was the only light."
-- "Mr. Murderer," Shen Yu
"I will purge all evil. Under the light of truth, no criminal will escape justice."
-- Detective, Chen Yu
The night was dark and still as water. Mottled lights in the distance fell across Chen Yu's sharply defined profile, lending him an inexplicable air of loneliness.
Shen Yu sometimes felt that Chen Yu wasn't quite as he appeared. He always seemed so full of life, radiating a warm, brilliant energy. Just like that blazing light from back when Shen Yu's days were dim.
It was as if Chen Yu were suppressing something unknown. Shen Yu instinctively sensed the danger, yet couldn't help drawing closer.
After all, how could someone who had seen light in the darkness ever turn it away?
Only when Chen Yu tore off his disguise did Shen Yu see the obsession and violence hidden deep inside him.
But Shen Yu knew there was no escaping him anymore...
