This is a [Lightbringer x Marvel] story. If you haven't read Lightbringer, you can consider the male protagonist original as you read; it won't affect your understanding. Still, the protagonist and his magic are not my creations, and I have tried to stay broadly faithful to the original.

After centuries, Gavin Guile finally embraces his nature and becomes a corrupt businessman.

He considers himself a clever man, yet it takes him over a century to discover his extraordinarily long lifespan. He witnesses the rise and fall of Chromeria. As technology advances, Luxin magic becomes a forgotten legend, leaving behind only ruins that modern people cannot explain, their history's colors faded away by countless sunrises and sunsets.

Until aliens descend from the sky, and the world becomes even crazier than one where gods exist.

Luxin magic has waned, and humanity has forgotten the light, but the light has not yet decided to forget humanity.

Chromeria holds countless forgotten secrets. But it takes Gavin a long time to understand that what they have even more of is ignorance.

They never considered that the dazzling light of the universe was a power they had never understood.

But when everything comes to pass, and there is almost no Luxin magic left in the world, will Gavin alone be enough?
