Reading guide:
* Female protagonist, GB, told in third person, younger man, not a matriarchal setting
* A young but very understanding and loving CEO x a mentally fragile, insecure puppy; they save each other, and the feelings go both ways in a big way
* The woman has no sexual experience, the man does. Uh, I know this is a dealbreaker for many people. I mainly wanted to write a “rescue a fallen beauty” story because I think it's compelling. The heroine has kept herself chaste; the hero's previous partner was the heroine's father, and he was coerced. In short, if this is a dealbreaker for you, please read with caution.
Theme: Because he willingly chose to lose himself in it, even death need not be a rescue.
