[Genshin Impact] Memoirs of Blind Dates

[Third-person narration]

[Ad space for rent]

I'm the eldest daughter of the Feiyun Commerce Guild, and one of Liyue's top tycoons.

I have an older brother who's capable and astute, and will inherit the family business. I also have a younger brother who's lively and energetic. He does tend to cause a little trouble for the family, but he's still pretty adorable.

I thought my life would go smoothly, and that all I had to do was spend the family fortune.

But after the Lantern Rite, my dear mother told me, "My child, it's about time you got married."

Ha, how am I supposed to get married when I don't even have anyone in mind?

"In that case, let's set you up on some dates!"

My first prospective match was Zhongli, a consultant at the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor.

According to my mother, he's steady, handsome, and wealthy.

But when we went out, he spent all my money. A man who lives off a woman? No thanks.

My second prospective match was Xiao, introduced by Zhongli.

A sweet and obedient puppy of a man. I admit I was a little smitten, and ready to spoil him rotten, but then he told me not to touch him?

My third prospective match was Diluc from Mondstadt. It's far from home, but he's rich. Really rich, richer than the Feiyun Commerce Guild. If we hit it off, I'd have more money than I could ever spend.

When I coyly said I wanted to visit his home, he agreed.

At Dawn Winery, a dark-skinned man told me, "I'm the one my brother loves most."

Me: "..."

After going on a dozen or so more dates, I finally couldn't take it anymore. I told my mother, "I was born a Liyue person and I'll die a Liyue soul. In this life, I will marry no one but Rex Lapis!"

Just as I was preparing to settle down and become a widow, Zhongli happened to overhear me.

Looks like I won't have to be a widow after all.
