The Millennium Lotus Blooms

Suddenly, someone wrapped their arms around me from behind. I was just about to shout when wave after wave of lotus fragrance enveloped me. The surrounding mist vanished in an instant, and I could finally see that the covered walkway was built over a vast lotus pond. I held my breath for a long moment, then finally managed to stammer out a few words: "Y-you, let go of me!"

"You're here."

What do you mean, I'm here? Did we have plans to meet?
