A Lingering Dream of the Red Chamber

I was inspired to write this novel after reading Dream of the Red Chamber. It contains many unrealistic fantasies and plenty of wild, imaginative thoughts. But the love, troubles, aspirations, and helplessness of its protagonists are traits we all share. I think that's what people mean by human nature. What the story portrays is not just the legendary love of Baoyu and Daiyu, but also the lives we're living today. It contains not only Baoyu and Daiyu, but also you and me, perhaps lost and uncertain, yet never giving up on the pursuit of happiness. Thanks to Chaye's cover-art studio for the gorgeous cover!
