In the Heian era, Kibutsuji Muzan, newly transformed into a demon, transmigrated.

The shooter was Reborn, the world's number one hitman.
To stay alive, Muzan was made to dress as a woman at Reborn's mischievous insistence, becoming Reborn's assistant and plaything.
