A bonus story for I Play the Savior Through Gacha, readable on its own
"Dear player, welcome to No Night."
A mechanical voice spoke in a flat tone.
Then the voice changed, taking on a hint of teasing.
"This is a game, but not entirely a game, so please do your best to survive, dear player."
"Now, the game officially begins."
No Night doesn't mean there is no night,
but that the night is endless, so go ahead and enjoy it.
Wang Wusi woke from a nap to find himself dragged into an infinite game.
The System's notification sounded in his ear, unfamiliar but not entirely so.
[Your mission is simple: hinder the players and lower their rate of success.]
[Your skill is drawing cards.]
Looking at the character cards he could use,
Wang Wusi fell into deep thought. Things were getting interesting.
Wang Wusi created different scripts based on the different character cards he drew,
letting himself go completely,
hiding among the players,
stabbing them in the back just as they were about to clear the game,
and eliminating every last one of them.
As everyone knows, the dungeons in Eternal Night have a protection mechanism.
If only one player remains in a dungeon, that player can clear it automatically.
A zero percent success rate means no one ever makes it out of those dungeons alive.
The dungeon boss was truly terrifying.
