As for the pairings, I'm somewhat partial to Xing Sakura, Tezuka Sakura, Fuji Sakura, and Ryoma Sakura.
But among the pairings I ship, I think Ryoma and Sakura might have a hard time getting along because of their personalities, so I chose Xing Sakura to write first. Of course, that's just my personal opinion.
