"I believe that one day, we will meet again"
The title is taken from the song "To You, So Far Away" by Jessie G Gong.
Was there someone like that in your youth?
Maybe he was the senior from your club, running across the sports field in a white T-shirt, or perhaps a future superstar in the entertainment industry.
Maybe he was so dazzling that a single glance was enough to make him impossible to forget for the rest of your life.
That year, Bai Wei was a sophomore, and Zhou Ziyi was a freshman. He was her senior.
He was the popular president of the music club, while she was an ordinary girl who hesitated in place, too afraid to approach him.
Yet a casual remark from him seemed to change her entire life.
That year, Bai Wei debuted after a talent show, skyrocketing in popularity and winning countless fans.
Zhou Ziyi, too, went from a junior who watched him silently to a fan who could proudly say so.
"This time, I can finally say out loud that I like you!"
