Reborn in a Game, Selling Information

In the year 148 of the New Era, the planet's resources are nearly depleted.

An alternate world accessed through the full-dive online game Light and Dark becomes humanity's last refuge after the authorities promote it as such.

The age of gaming for all begins.

Before their physical bodies are transferred into Light and Dark, everyone has to build up enough resources in the game to support themselves and their families.

Ye Xu was reborn six months before Light and Dark launched.

Not only that, he brought the game's forum along as his golden finger.

The forum was full of strategy guides, practically a treasure trove.

Ye Xu fell into thought. He hadn't been through any melodramatic misfortune, and no enemy had sabotaged him, so why had he been reborn?

Whatever the reason, since Heaven had granted him such a great opportunity, he ought to do something for his fellow humans.

Back then, many people failed to get ahead during the "capital accumulation period" because of the information gap.

And Ye Xu happened to have all the information they needed.

Before long, an information-broker organization called the Carrier Pigeon Alliance was formed. Supposedly founded by NPCs and operated with the help of hired players, it began providing players with everything they wanted to know.
