I Heard the Heir Fears His Wife

Blurb:

On the day Liu Yueming passed the provincial civil service examination, an accident occurred. Later, a spoiled young master came to his home and tried to force him into marriage. While his family was worrying about how to refuse the match, an imperial decree granting a marriage arrived: he was to become the wife of the capital's Prince of War's heir.

No one could defy the emperor's decree. Though unwilling, Liu Yueming could only resign himself to preparing for the wedding.

On their wedding night, he was lamenting that his path to success had come to an end and that he would have to spend the rest of his life confined to the inner quarters, when his new husband held up a hand, spreading all five fingers, and said, "After all we've done tonight, I'll find you a famous tutor tomorrow. I guarantee you'll pass the imperial examination and become the top scholar."

He could still take the imperial examinations?

A top scholar blessed with good fortune all his life VS a husband with overwhelming martial prowess who dotes on his spouse. A sweet story with no angst from beginning to end~
